By 2030, the global shortage of climate and sustainability professionals is expected to exceed 30 million. Demand for green talent is growing rapidly, but the supply isn't keeping pace. At Eka Earth, we are committed to bridging this gap. Our mission is to empower more young professionals to pursue careers in sustainability and the social impact sector.

1:1 Career Consultations
You can choose from a one-off 60-minute session or a six-week-long career transformation program. These sessions typically include holistic career guidance, role alignment based on your education, interests, and experience, insights into relevant industry certifications, and a personalised skill gap assessment.
