Inspiring Awareness, Sparking Action

Our aim is to bring climate change conversations into the mainstream. We host a variety of interactive workshops, not only for students but also for the general public, to help them understand sensitive topics such as climate science, biodiversity loss, and the circular economy. We empower communities and individuals to take action against climate change and live in closer harmony with nature.

Workshops Offered

Climate Fresk

This 3-hour interactive workshop takes participants through the science behind climate change, backed by facts and data from the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reports. Participants walk away with a thorough understanding of the causes and consequences of climate change, including broader socio-economic challenges. The workshop emphasises the urgency of the climate crisis and equips attendees to take high-impact actions.

Biodiversity Collage

The 2.5-hour card based game is based on the IPBES (Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services) reports. During the workshop the participants will uncover the drivers of biodiversity loss and understand the importance of ecosystem services for our day to day living. The aim of the workshop is to draw public attention towards the unprecedented consequences of biodiversity loss.

Circular Economy Collage

The 3-hour collaborative workshop will help you understand the challenges of our current linear consumption model and what it takes to bring a paradigm shift to a more virtuous model: the circular economy. The participants will gain valuable insight on how to optimise the value of good and services across pre-use, use, and post-use phases.

To date, Eka Earth has hosted more than 15 workshops, reaching to more than 150 participants across all three formats, including students, professionals and general public.
